| Posted: 29 Mar 2013 12:46 AM PDT 【注意】このページはプレビューページです。実際の説明ページに飛ぶには、上記ブログタイトル「AppDNA 6.2登場」と言う青文字部分をクリックしてください。それによって図などが表示されます。 こちらのプレスリリースにある通り、2013年3月28日にAppDNAの新しいバージョン「6.2」の日本国内での提供が開始されました。今回のブログエントリでは、以前のバージョンに比べて、新しいAppDNA 6.2がどのように変わって、どのような新機能を持っているを説明させていただきます。 これまでのバージョンをご覧になったことがある皆さんにとって最も分かりやすい変更点は、管理コンソールの「見た目」が変わったことだと思います。全体にスッキリと整頓されて、見やすいGUIになっています。例えば下図は、Windows 8の互換性レポートの表示画面ですが、左上の目立つところに「Windows 8」と大きく表示され、Windows 8 のレポートであることが一目で分かるようになっています。 管理コンソールのデザイン変更の中には、いわゆる「バリアフリー」を考慮したものもあります。以前のバージョンのAppDNAが出力する赤・黄・緑アイコンの色合いは、色覚異常のある方々にとって判別しにくい色合いでした。実は私自身がまさにその一人なのですが、「先天赤緑色覚異常」は日本人男性の4.5%が持っている、いたって普通の症状です。そのような方々にとって、旧来のAppDNAの赤アイコンと緑アイコンは、極めて判別しにくい色でした。 新しいAppDNA 6.2から、赤・黄・緑のアイコンが下のような判別しやすい色合いなりました。私自身、赤と緑の違いが随分と判別しやすくなって助かっています。 以降では、AppDNA 6.2の新機能について項目毎に説明します。 ・Windows 8, Internet Explorer 10, Windows Server 2012 互換性診断機能の改善 これらのMicrosoft製最新プラットフォームへの対応は、既に2012年10月リリースのAppDNA 6.1 SP1で行われていましたが、AppDNA 6.2でさらに互換性診断機能の改善が行われました。具体的には、互換性問題を検出するためのアルゴリズムが今回のリリースで複数追加され、以前のバージョンでは見つけられなかった問題も発見できるようになっています。 ・日本語を含むダブルバイトOS環境での動作と、ダブルバイトを含むアプリケーション分析の完全対応 日本語OS上での動作、および日本語アプリケーションの分析は、これまでのバージョンでも出来てはおりましたし、サポートも行っておりました。しかしながら、製品開発段階で日本語環境を特に意識はしておりませんでしたので、表示上の問題などで日本語環境特有の問題もいくつか残っておりました。AppDNA 6.2より、開発段階から日本語環境を意識した設計・テストを行い、これまでのバージョンで出ていた日本語特有の問題を修正しております。安心して日本語環境でお使いいただけるようになっています。 ・インストールキャプチャとして利用可能な仮想インフラの追加 「インストールキャプチャ」とは、インストーラがMSIで提供されていないアプリケーションを分析するために、分析対象のアプリケーションを仮想環境上にインストールすることで、アプリケーションインストーラの挙動を調べるための機能のことです。このインストールキャプチャで利用可能な仮想インフラは、以前のバージョンでは、Citrix XenServer (5.x または 6.x) と VMware Workstation (7.1 または 8.0 または 9.0) のみでした。AppDNA 6.2 では、上記2つの仮想インフラに加え、VMware vSphere 5.1も利用出来るようになっています。 ・App-V 5.0 の互換性診断と自動パッケージ作成機能 Microsoft App-V 5.0 は、それまでのApp-V 4.6 に比べて大きく機能が追加され、さらにはパッケージのファイル形式も全く新しいものになっています。Citrix AppDNA 6.2は、この大きく変わったMicrosoft…    |
